This hotel goes above and beyond for the guest. I had towel animals in the bathroom when we checked in which the kids thought was hilarious. They also had fresh baked cookies on the check in desk for free. The breakfast was amazing and they had so many options me and my family of five never left hungry and it was all fresh and warm daily. The pool and gym was nice and the rooms were clean and nice. It’s right off the interstate and super close to everything. Walmart was maybe three minutes away and there were restaurants in the parking lot around the hotel. Over all super super impressed with the hotel and staff.

Positive: Modern design Negative: Reserved, arrived at hotel, obtained my key card, then anrr outside the room. Noticed my assigned room still dirty. Went back downstairs informed the front desk staff. Waited 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned.

Wow. Came to stay for 2 nights. Very pleased. Clean rooms. I did notice flooring needed mopping (I always wear socks in a hotel) other than that. Fresh clean sheets. Nice clean bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfy.the cleaning crew was constantly cleaning something, even the trash receptacles were being wiped down. Breakfast was great, good variety of fresh fruits, hot food. The woman in charge of breakfast kept that area immaculate! The pool seemed heated, clean and a nice little hang out area. There is a designated smoking area. Close to alot of places. Would stay again. Thank you. Very accommodating.

I don't usually like to write bad reviews but this one is definitely worthy of one! My family and I drove down from New Jersey to visit with family for the holidays. We entered the room to an unpleasant smell that could kill roaches, it was dirty as if someone just stayed there, the beds felt wet as if someone just peed on them, and beds were uncomfortable, I'd rather sleep in a truck bed. I won't even start on the bathrooms!! So before we unpacked everything I went to ask if we could have another room and explained why. Sure, they stated. We then went to another room, 2nd room, wait for it it gets better!!!
