Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Panama City, FL

I had an amazing stay at Country Inn & Suites, and a huge reason why was because of Dorothy and Denetria. These two young ladies were absolutely outstanding. From check-in to the entire stay, they were welcoming, professional, kind, and truly made me feel valued as a guest. Their customer service went above and beyond what you normally experience at a hotel. They were attentive, patient, and always had a positive attitude. Because of Dorothy and Denetria, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Panama. I highly recommend this location and I hope management knows how special these two are. They are a true asset to the hotel and a big reason I will definitely be back.

Always love a friendly check-in and a fast check-in, especially when they’re allowing us to check in early so we can make a show. Can’t thank them enough for that. The room was clean and well equipped with every modern convenience. Would recommend any travel.

Because it's a nice place to stay. The employees that work there treat you like family. I love the amenities they have on the property and the general manager and assistant manager are real good people and very helpful with my stay. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. I will be back to stay. Love the country inn and suites. To me this hotel is better than most of the ones I have stayed at. Very comfortable. Rooms are very clean..nice staff very respectful

Leaving any star is being nice.. I was treated very badly by front desk clerk in Panama City.. My mom was in icu at the hospital nearby.. I booked rooms for my aunt cuz and uncle and my son.. to all be able to visit my mom.. only 2 visitors at a time.. When I went to check in..at 4:45 pm .. no one was around.. after numerous attempts calling with no answer .. knocking on office door several times .. and walking thru hall looking for someone.. Finally after the 4th time knocking.. the front desk clerk comes out and was angry I woke her up.. She said it was unnecessary and I hadn’t waited that long! And she laughed when I told her I was just wanting to get to the hospital..could we just do the check and go on our way.. She charged my card.. charged me a deposit and then looked at me and said

This is the most outstanding Hotel from beginning to end. The staff is so so nice and helpful and go above and beyond. The hotel is so nice and cozy rooms are so clean and well maintained. Breakfast is so delicious. This is by far the best hotel around it makes you want to keep them ur little secret but yet want others to enjoy the amazing amazing experience too.
