Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City - Quail Springs, OK

Overall the stay went well and they were very flexible with our unplanned stay. The rooms were clean. We did run into a problem with the door not locking on one of the rooms, which they immediately fixed.||The heat thermostat was not explained to my family so they were pretty cold for awhile. It was explained after I found out and asked the front desk for help, but it should have been explained upon check in.

Excellent hotel, safe and clean. Spacious rooms and quiet. The gentleman at front desk is always kind and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and the staff who make the food keep the dining area organized and well stocked. Parking lot feels very safe. Good views too. Quality hotel.

Good room for a great rate. Room was huge, and the only reason I marked down a star was that it felt empty. Suite could benefit from another chair or 2, a couple pictures, and maybe some every day utensils in the kitchenette. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Good breakfast options.

My wife and I stay here a few times a year, we get the larger suite that has great space. They are dog friendly, Daisy travels with us, the extra fee is not too much and she loves to travel. Rooms are clean, the breakfast is good (I would recommend a tip to the worker, just like for your room). The Hotel is located in a great place, plenty of space to walk your pet. There are great restaurants nearby, and access to the freeways (a little tricky) to get you where you need to go quickly.

Room was decent. Had no A/C going when we came into to the room so it was very hot! But fixed that... bathroom was wiped down but there were hairs all over the place. Gross... and the breakfast station was not maintained at all. Cereal, milk, gravy, eggs and waffle mix all over the counters. No one around to clean and keep it up.... absolutely disgusting. So on top of paying for a room, now we have to go pay for breakfast somewhere else.... will not be staying here again
