I wish I had a better experience here, but unfortunately it wasn’t great. As soon as I got into the room, there was a roach crawling up the wall. That was already a bad start. On top of that, they didn’t have any washcloths available, which is a basic thing most hotels provide. Walking through the hallways, I also noticed borax powder in the corners, which I assume is there to deal with the roach problem — but clearly it isn’t working. The next morning made it even worse. I woke up and there was another roach sitting on the nightstand like he was my little buddy just staring at me. At that point I was completely over it. Between the bugs, the borax in the hallways, and the lack of basic amenities, I wouldn’t stay here again. Hopefully management can address the cleanliness issues becaus

The staff were friendly, but the overall hotel experience was disappointing. The property felt unclean, with cigarette butts and miscellaneous trash visible both outside the entrance and even inside the elevator. There were paper signs posted everywhere telling guests what to do or not do, which came across as unprofessional and tacky.||My room was also lacking basic necessities. There was only one bath towel for a family of four, and when I requested more, I was told I needed to bring down the used towel before they could provide additional ones. The queen bed had just two very small pillows—more like decorative couch cushions—and the bedding consisted of only a sheet and a thin blanket, with no comforter provided.||Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

I have never stayed at a hotel this bad. The only reason i gave it 1 star was because i to pick at least 1 to post my review. When we got to our room, I wanted to take a bath but the tub was dirty so I decided on a shower. The water didn't get hot. It was barely warm but I dealt with it. Then the water wouldn't drain. My wife decided to wait till we got back from visiting our friends hoping the water would drain. We got back 3 hours later and the water was still in the tub. My wife went to the front desk to get a plunger and they didn't have one. When I asked for a different room he said they were sold out. That was a lie. My wife got a plastic cup to use as a plunger and large clumps of hair started coming out. It was so gross my wife was gagging. Just like the other complaints the bedd

Should be a 1 star. Rooms were old and blah. No wash clothes in the room. Towels were like hand towels. Front desk could learn how to be friendly. She never spoke to say hello welcome nothing. Breakfast was blah. Didn't even have cups to get juice.

We did not have hand towels until we asked for them, no cleanexes, the room floor was not clean, the sheets had holes in them, the tv had limited access to channels, the breakfast had gravy and biscuits the gravy was thick white sauce no meat, the syrup bottle cap comes off when you squeeze it. The staff were helpful when asked. They didn’t seem to understand how to help.
