Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City Airport, OK

Great location is all this hotel has going for it! The indoor pool is ice cold! My daughter's children were unable to swim cause it is not heated! I should have read the reviews about the pool cause my daughter assumed like all other indoor pools that are heated this one was not! After seeing the reviews! I saw a manager by the name of Amy who claims it's heated cause it has somewhat heat blowing inside still doesn't heat the pool! Sad issue for children! They need to shut the pool down! Lesson learned! Unfortunately this hotel is saving a few bucks not having a functional pool for all their guest! Never will they stay again!

The photos on line do not reflect at all what the space looks like. The lobby is tiny and not hospitable. The pool space looked too dirty to use. The "gym" had a broken treadmill and an elliptical machine. I asked about the treadmill and the staff just said "someone stole the key." There was nothing on line about the start of breakfast. We came down at 6:30 because we had to leave at 7 for an event and were yelled at for being there too early. Our room smelled like onions and we had to get our own air freshener. Online it said the rooms had been upgraded but new carpet and a bad headboard does not count. The bathroom walls had stains, the tub had mold in the grout and the cabinetry in the bathroom was severely worn. You could hear the dogs barking in the room next door and the people overh

Loved this hotel. Price was phenomenal and it was right next to one of our favorite country dance bars. Rooms were super clean. Bed was a bit stiff but it was huge. NO sign of bedbugs which im always grateful for!

I signed a nursing contract in okc and i was going around looking for a suitable place to stay. The owner was so rude and demeaning to me and asking me why my company can't pay $86 a night for a long term stay. Amy, please find another job somewhere else. Some place that will appreciate you and will let you shine cuz that owner won't let you do your job in peace. I was going to be a good guest but another hotel is getting all my business. Her loss.
