Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, North Little Rock, AR

We stayed the weekend and let me start off by saying the staff was very friendly and attentive. The beds were amazing we got a 2 queen bed room. These were the best beds we have slept in at a hotel in a long time. Breakfast was good. I thought it was a bit odd you cant take the food to your room. This hotel from a cosmetic stand point isnt much to look at. You can tell they tried to update it but its an old building and paint is peeling and chiping. The elevators look like they have been beat up. The elevators close super fast and seem a bit sketchy but they are functional. But again there are marking and cosmetic damange to them. The only good thing about this place was that it had a comfy bed. The place was attempted to be remodeled at some point but they did a poor job. Paint is pealing off the ceiling and tub surround.|The receptionist was slow as molasses!! It took him an extremely long time to check us in. No freezer space in the fridge, which isn’t uncommon, but usually the front desk is happy to freeze my cold packs for my cooler. The staff here claimed the freezer was locked and he had no access to it. Ridiculous! Breakfast was scant. People were very unfriendly and cheap!

The hotel is in serious need of maintenance. Everything needs paint, most of the moldings need to be replaced, the shower walls were delaminating, and the bedspread had stains on it. The security locks on the doors had been removed - we propped a chair against the door to alert us of any attempted entry. We got a text welcoming us to the hotel with an invitation to text back if we needed anything. I did make a request, and got no response. Eventually, I called down to the desk, and the agent brought the items up, but was snippy, admonishing us for texting instead of calling. The room was mostly clean, but in the corners and along the walls, it was gross. Breakfast was OK, but they do not allow you to take it back to your room.

My bathtub had no stopper. When traveling i like to take a bath. The bathroom floor needed moped. The fridge was turned off so it took hours to cool off. The bed was very comfortable . Staff was nice. Hotel older and that’s ok but floors should be clean

The hotel was ok. Could use some improvements though. And the staff was nice and helpful. The good: beds were really comfy, very soft. The towels were decent size and very white. The room was very spacious. Over all the room was clean But could use some touch up with small things like walls cleaned and floors scrubbed. The bad: The shower head was horrible. Very low pressure or just a crappy head. It reminded me of the shower heads they use at cheap motel. The hall way carpet was probably the worst of it all. They really should either professionally clean it or get new carpet. The breakfast was lacking. But it is better than other places I've stayed at. Over all it's an ok hotel and I'd probably stay there again.
