Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Greensboro, NC

I stopped at this hotel while I was traveling. I must be honest I was disappointed in this location, first they charged me 100.00 for incidental deposit, which was crazy to me. I have stayed at many country inn and suites and I have even stayed at 4& 5 star hotels alot nicer with far more amenities and have never paid 100.00 incidental fee. The room was ok, it was dated, the walls were thin so I could hear everything.... and I mean everything. and the bed covers had spots on them and the towels didn't look very clean so I didn't use them. Overall, the room just didn't feel very clean. The breakfast was even more disappointing all they had was waffles, cereal and a couple of muffins so I didn't eat at the hotel. Staff here was amazing. Ali and the night crew boys were great people and the morning crew was a real delight too. The staff's communication was amazing and they work very efficiently together. Definitely a good place to go. However, it is in the city and all big cities have folk that wander. No one bothered us, however, its present the night we were there.

I used to enjoy staying during homecoming week. The water pressure was very low in room 212. I advised staff and he stated would leave note for morning person. I waited next day and spoke with young lady who stated she would let maintenance know. No one ever came. I had to buy bottled water to brush my teeth.

This is the third year we have stayed at this hotel because it has always been the best, but that was until this year. The management is horrible, very rude and uncompassionate. The elevator broke, I was trapped inside the elevator for roughly 20 minutes and she acted like it was nothing. She called me a liar, making it sound as if I hadn't been stuck in the elevator because I didnt ride it done to the first floor. The room has dirty, and water pressure was nonexistent. The only positive the this hotel is the night staff, thise gentlemen are extremely nice.

The rooms were okay but what happened to free breakfast on the morning of 3/7/2026? I had to leave and buy my own breakfast outside due to the lack of options. Feels like I got scammed. Never again.
