Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus West, OH

I visit this location often. Every time I visit, I am met by P who is a very nice gentleman. He always has a smile on his face and it’s an easy check in process. The hotel is my go to when I am traveling. It is very convenient with location and pricing. Only suggestion is for better pillows. I have to bring my own because they are pretty small in size. Overall, the staff are nice and accommodating

My experience was very good. Even though the check-in was delayed because of a power outage, the desk person was very understanding and let me check in to the room so I could rest. The room was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. However, it would have been better if the coffee was not flavored - just regular coffee please! Would stay here again.

Hotel is behind apartments which was differently. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the pillows sick. It was quiet and safe. Breakfast was typical for a free hotel buffet. Shower was hot and expected toiletries were present.

The hotel room was extremely clean; pillows and bedding were nice and fluffy. ‘P’, the front desk associate, was very hospitable and friendly. ‘P’ checked my family in with ease and was very professional and polite. Overall, this is definitely a hotel I’d return back to for a trip out of town again, especially since complimentary breakfast is offered in the morning time before checking out.
