Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus Airport, OH

I stayed at the hotel for the last three days and it was a great experience. The check in was fast and easy. The front desk was very friendly and helpful during my whole stay. My room was clean and the temperature was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was great. The location was very convenient as it was right next to the airport and had plenty of food spots around it. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time I’m in columbus.

Absolutely horrific experience. The quality of the rooms and the hotel do NOT match the reality. Dirty, filthy, run down. This place absolutely reeked of weed and other foul smells. But that doesn’t ever cover it. The first room they have us was unacceptable. Huge mystery stains on the carpet, which sometimes we can look past, but the couch had giant gashes and not to mention the smoke alarm right above the bed was hanging down by a wire !!! Also the rooms temp was set at 87 degrees???? And when we tried changing it it just went back up. We politely asked for another room and when we went in the everything seemed ok. But once we settled in that’s when it got even worse !!! BLOOD SPLATTERED on the curtains and wall !!! When I informed the lady up at the desk she didn’t even seem fazed. We j

The rooms are very tired. The tub was probably clean but your corrosion on the fixtures made me not want to shower. The coffee was like mud. Not fresh. Breakfast: the first day there was only cereal but no milk. The second day eggs were cold.. very cold. I ended up going elsewhere for both days to eat. I have stayed at this properly 25 times since 2002 with mostly good experiences. It’s sad to see it in such a state

My stay was underwhelming, largely due to poor hospitality at check-in. Upon arrival, I found dirty sheets in my room. While housekeeping did change them promptly and provided fresh towels, they indicated that the linens were clean but permanently stained. Management needs to invest in new linens and revamp the outdated lobby. Close to the interstate.

Positive: Location Negative: This hotel is dirty. Room floor was not clean at all. Crumbs, straw and stuff on the floor from other guests. Carpet looks like it's never been cleaned. The bedding looks disgusting and stained. The bathroom door doesn't latch closed.
