Staff and owners went above and beyond during our stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Secure access and convenience to dining and shopping. In room wifi was strong and did not drop connection. A short drive to downtown and fast interstate access but without the noise. Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again

No working ice machine. First floor ice machine had sign saying go to 3rd floor ice machine. I did and it did not work either. Lady at front desk did get it out of the back for me. Restroom in pool area had out of order sign as well. Carpet in our room near the heating/ cooling unit was wet. Very wet, so we avoided that side of the room. Had kids with us and did not want to move rooms so I informed front desk when we checked out about it. Door in bathroom had water damage all across the bottom of it. Dirt and dead cockroach under bathroom vanity.Eggs on buffet were not hot. Barely warm. For what we paid for one night, I would expect better.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff Naresh was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect—quick drive to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still peaceful and quiet. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything felt thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free, and enjoyable stay.

This motel is currently being renovated. That is a good thing! I would recommend taking advantage of this facility while it is in the process of being upgraded. Rooms are being refurbished, beds redone, bathrooms upgraded and the exterior of the motel also is being improved. When the renovations are complete this will be a good solid mid priced hotel. The indoor pool is closed for the immediate future but should be opened when the renovations are complete. There is an adequate breakfast selection and there is an attendant who oversees the breakfast area keeping the food hot and stocked up along with the tables clean and the area kept neat. Come give this facility a chance. Good friendly Staff and an true effort to give guests a good experience.

This hotel was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The room I got was absolutely disgusting and not properly cleaned. When asked for a refund because we were to disgusted to stay, they were unhelpful. The lady at the front desk even blamed me for not requesting a different room. I kept on the hotel about a refund and they keep saying different things not to give it to me. DO NOT PAY AT THE HOTEL. You wont have a chance to get any money back of you do. Do not stay here if you want clean rooms and good service.
