Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chambersburg, PA

My husband left a review two days ago. We left a review stating we had bedbugs in our room. To which the GM left a bold faced LIE stating that we brought “ a bug” to the front desk and showed the host and at that time the said “bug” was confirmed to not be a bedbug. In REALITY the host (who was very sweet) did NOT want to even LOOK at the BUGS (multiple). We told her we wanted a refund as we had checked IN at 3 pm and OUT at 9:30 PM. Upon finding said bugs. We did not COMPLETE our stay as the GM stated. I called FOUR TIMES and never got a response. That was, until I posted a BAD review. I have never posted a review on anything EVER. We do not complain about things, but this took it too far. A company THIS BIG should be able to refund a nights stay (NOT COMPLETED) We will NEVER

They are many better options in Chambersburg. I really don’t know where to start. I received a txt shortly after checking in that the room would only be serviced every 3 days. That meant our room wouldn’t be touched for our three day stay. This was a quick trip due to a family emergency and the last thing we wanted to worry about was keeping an hotel room in shape. We asked for the bed to be made (did not ask for sheets to be changed), the trash emptied and fresh towels. We were told this would be done. When we returned that evening, nothing was done. I asked for fresh towels at the front desk and it became a major issue. I was told I couldn’t have them without bring down the other towels and I could only have two. Seems there is an active ring of towel thieves in southcentral PA

I've stayed at this location several times over the years and really enjoyed it. I was nervous about staying here based on recent reviews but decided to go for it. I booked a week ahead directly with this location for a whirlpool suite. Upon arrival on a Monday evening, I was greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk. My room was clean, a comfortable bed,and had an enjoyable whirlpool experience. I did use the pool which was clean and the water temperature was very good. Some things that I did notice from previous visits: the hot tub at the pool is out of order- I guess it has been for some time,the morning breakfast has much less to offer - basically waffles,cold cereal, and fruit,the tv in the room has very few channels to watch. On the whole,a good experience though.

My only complaint is that there was a few crumbs or something on the top of the bed. Overall everything else is pretty clean. The front desk employees were nice. The hot tub was out of service but I had no intention of using it. I enjoyed my stay.

FILTHY DIRTY AND BEDBUGS!!! They have a severe bedbug infestation. The room was already filthy; toilet wasn't clean, dust everywhere, fridge was dirty, floors felt disguisting... but we were just there to sleep and had been traveling so we didnt feel like packing back up and driving somewhere else. We get to bed and wake up a few hours later and my husband and I were covered in bites! I woke up multiple times in the middle of the night thinking something was biting me. Finally got out of bed around 5am and tore the bed apart, bugs everywhere. Bites everywhere. I captured some of them and took them to the front desk to check out immediately. They apologized and said theyd refund me. The manager at the front desk claimed to give me a refund. Turns out, she charged me a second time then refu
