I visit my friend OFTEN ( my husband and I) I like the Improvements they've made at the driveway ( BRAND NEW)& the brand new sidewalk...

Lady that answers the phone is so rude. Dont bother renting here...

I had put down a deposit on a space to move an RV due some serious safety issues where we live now. The landlord lied to the manager here and he was sued in the past for deceptive business practice. The manager only told me that we couldn't move in there, due to supposedly of non payment of rent. Yes we have been late on the rent every once in a while. Also, the manager told me there was other problems, but wouldn't tell me what the supposed problems were. I was also told my deposit was non refundable, which it never stated on the paperwork that I filled out. It's sad that this park would let sex offenders and.druggies, but won't let someone in that some serious safety issues and was late a few times with the rent. Also, I looked on the sex offender list and there are 4 sex offenders livin

Lived here a year and half. Never any issues. Feel safe here. New management is super. No drug dealers, trash has been kicked out. Friendly people. Lots of kids.

Not too bad of a place so far the place is being cleaned up and like someone else said long as you pay your rent on time and follow the rules they'll be no problems ! 7yr now
