Council Road RV Park

We arrived late and were well accommodated. The location is in an incredible position for access to all our needs eg. Long term storage, RV spare parts, gas stations, Truck washing, restaurants, shops and has very easy access. It is a well run park with all your basic needs. The rates were pretty acceptable as well.

We had stayed here a few years ago and decided to stay again for one night. ||As we were being escorted to our site, we noticed there were a lot of what appeared to be permanent campers. We are ok with that but when you have furniture and trash all around the unit is another thing. ||We were put on a site that really didn’t accommodate the length of our rig….60 feet. Since it was only for a one night’s stay, we didn’t want to have to unhitch the camper from the truck. The camper hung out into the road behind us and the truck hung out into the road in front of us, but we were told it would be ok. ||We were told by the guy that escorted us that he had to clean up dog poop from our site. While we set up our camper, we watched where we walked so we wouldn’t step in it. It was a good 20 minut

Nice people, great location next to walking trail, fuel next door with easy I40 access!!!! Extremely quiet for the amount of guests there, many are long term, lots of traveling workers I suspect! Nice stay, 2 nd time there in 4 years 1 st was with a 36’ motor home, this time with a 24’ travel trailer!

Convenient location with I40 access. Close to outlet mall and other shopping areas. Fuel stop across the street when departing. Restrooms/Showers were clean. Wifi was good. We stayed for 3 days with no issues. Many long term people on site but they're friendly. Host was friendly and patrolled park daily cleaning up.

I paid $1200 a month for 3 months due to medical issues and having to pay nightly . Lot rent is $650 a month. The second I became late they had my dogs taken to animal welfare (my boy got sick while in there and he passed two nights ago). They had my vehicle towed. And asked to have my camper towed as well but the city refused. I was 5 days late when they started harassing me. I had paid well over his monthly lot rent and was very open with the office about my situation. I lived there for almost 3 years. If you're looking for a place to feel at peace even for a night, go elsewhere.
