Cottonwood Springs RV Resort & Storage/ Air Park Mini & RV Storage

I've had a somewhat of a not good experience living here the last year it office staff is good but the rules and privacy is lacking for individuals go around recording people’s property and trailers and vehicles and in the middle of the night walk around your trailer the rules that are signed in the office to have your dog on a leash at all times is not followed picking up after your dog is not followed. Basically the rules for this park and your animals are inexistent. I feel sorry for the staff because the owners limit there from taking actions against the people that are making this a not so pleasant place to stay as you can see this individual recording my trailer and my vehicle. The park needs to enforce its rules. It needs to take control and let the office in the staff do what they

We stored our daughter's vehicle there that we were gonna give her for Christmas for a present. They "lost our paperwork and any record of the first 3 months of storage rent" that we paid. They put a boot on the vehicle. We weren't able drive it. We didn't have time to sit there for hours to let the battery charge. So the batter deid. They reluctantly agreed to take the Boot off even though it was their fault in the first place. After having the boot on for a month. We have a dead battery and no compensation. They acted like they were doing us a favor by taking the boot off of our vehicle.

For an RV storage park they have an ideal location, great security with push button entry. Some blacktop roads and gravel roads for parking. Manager (Michael) was is very helpful getting us signed up. I imagine we will be there for a long time. Oh, they even has smaller storage lockers to rent.

Called ahead and had a price set in writing. We were then told the owner decided to charge us 25% more. We decided to stay there for only one month and move our storage elsewhere. Field mice found dead in our unit when we left.

Well-run and friendly people... Paid 3 months in advance and moved out after 2 with my trailer... Requested a refund for the one month that I prepaid and was refused...
