Cortland Motel

Absolutely worst experience of my life , for $110 I would expect to at least not be staying in a room COVERED IN MOLD . Pillows smelled like old man and there was old food rotting under the beds . I am actually shocked this place did not get a health code violation. I could barely breathe in this hotel . Wanted to leave but I stuck it out until morning . I have slept in hotels in third world countries and had a better experience. This hotel was so bad I would not even wish my worst enemy a nights stay here .

We stayed 2 nights, the room was clean and neat. We arrived around 10 pm the first night, by the time we realized the remote for the TV was missing it was close to 11, really not a problem since we aren’t big TV watchers. We did mention it the next morning as we were leaving for the day, When we returned that night the room had been cleaned, towel replaced and a TV remote on the table! |Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here two nights for a ski trip at Greek Peak. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and there were no strange smells or stains. The family running the place are cordial, and welcoming, and they even restocked our coffee and made our beds each night. Also it's in a very convenient location right next to the interstate. I couldn't have asked for more for the price. Amazing value!

This motel is clean and bug free. The location of this hotel is fine as it is close to the highway. The family who owns this motel seems nice. The only reason this review had this score is because of the the lock on the room door. As this is a motel, the room has an external door and the lock is a flimsy bathroom lock that can be easily picked. Our experience would have been GREATLY improved with more secure locks.
