This motel is terrible. Room was disgustingly dirty and smelled bad. Location is inconvenient. Staff were annoying - they called the week before our stay and told us they were moving us from a 2-bed to a single bed room because part of the hotel had flooded. They gave us a king suite when we checked in, then called several hours later to tell us they had given us the wrong room and needed us to move to a different room. Staff then proceeded to move our stuff to the other room without us there (!), and missed some of our items. When we returned to the hotel at 9:30 PM and informed them of this, staff disturbed the guests in our first room to get our things out of the bathroom, and promptly dropped half our items on the floor as strangers in our first room handed our stuff over. All in all,

Positive: Location Negative: I was overcharged this time. Based on previous experience of paying $100 or so per room (fair price) two years ago, when I booked it, the quote price of $--- seemed right for 2 rooms, 2 nights. That was the charge for ONE room. I was misled.

This hotel is for transient the hall smell like pot and cigarette smoke. It is disgustingly dirty. It was so bad four years ago when I saw my daughter‘s roommate who was staying there cause her parents are from Peru. I immediately transferred her to the Wyndham. I can’t believe they’re Still open. Parents who were sending their college students for their freshman year from out of state or overseas This is not where you want your kids staying it’s unsafe it’s dirty and it’s drug infested with transient. Unfortunately, it’s the worst thing you can do as a parent who is not able to bring their student here and help them settle in their freshman year.

I gave them good reviews until they jacked up their prices to exclude me and others. This is a 2 star hotel who got a big head and has 4 star hotel prices, just to get rid of me. (Im not a bad guest. This is AGE DISCRIMINATION). So now I may make a Fair Housing complaint. I urge others to NOT SUPPORT THEM. By the way, they left me with no where to go on the weekend. They were $60-70 then suddenly jacked it up to $200 - they are most definitely NOT WORTH even $100. Their breakfast is LOUSY.

You're going to get what you pay for and it isn't much. We booked two rooms for our family of 5 and initially they assigned us to different floors and extreme opposite ends of the building--about as far apart as you can get, which I thought odd. One of them was minimally acceptable, so we told the kids to take that one, but the other smelled so bad (and with major water damage all along one side of the bathroom door? I guess it's functional but they clearly aren't keeping up appearances) that we decided to ask to be moved, which is something I almost never have done. I got a headache just from the few minutes we spent in there & in the hall finding the second room!
