Good place to stay, too expensive though. They have public laundry, shower room, ice machine., good package delivery. Have a lake if you like fishing ( with restrictions) Also have a small swimming pool about 1 block away from the actual parking lot. The cons: Don't allow customers to park after business hours, so if you come from far away and reach there after 6 pm you can't park at will, a real inconvenience. If you are dynamic, active handyman, multitask person that like to keep your vehicle up to date, don't allow to service it, not even open the hood of your truck: they preach you and complaint sooner that expected. Charge 800 a month and if you forget it or miss it whatever be the reason by single day apply a 55.00 fine. Also may overcharge with any excuse if you're not mindful

When we first moved into the park, a year ago, they were super friendly. As a matter of fact, you couldn’t ask for better help when it came to Mike the manager. Until it’s time for you to leave the park, all of a sudden asking for help was more of a nuisance to him than anything else. And he had absolutely no problem showing it. Really disappointed, I seriously thought he was one of the greatest people. Their rules are only for some of the campers. They will hassle and harass you over your SMALL dog being tied out in your personal area, but when you drive around the park….you see tons of other campers with dogs as big as bulldogs tied out. Nothing was done, because they would still be tied out for literally months still, even when we left. The website says they have WiFi, that’s a blatan

Travel nurse couple with 5th wheel. Stayed here June thru late September. Nice park we didn't have any issues here, nice quiet park, we parked along the lake a little extra $ but worth it, we put the kayaks in a few times... it's water. Pool was great during the summer. On-site laundry was convenient, didn't use their restroom/shower house. Would stay again, if we end up in Memphis.

In person, they weren't really confusing.They made the rules very clear.But on their name, it says camp ground, and it makes me think of tent .So i'm really confused , and that's the reason why I gave them less of a star.
