Comfort Suites Summerville

Joyce (front desk) was *amazing.* From the moment we arrived she was fantastic. She ensured we had a room that was both comfortable and quiet (like REALLY quiet). This is our second time staying at this hotel and we'll be sure to stay again. The morning breakfast staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt putting food items out. The hotel is clean, and the rooms a cut above a lot of the Choice hotels out there. We'll be sure to stay there again!

We stay at this hotel when we visit family in Charleston. We are extremely pleased and are never disappointed. Mrs. Joyce at the front desk is always so nice, pleasant and helpful. Check in and checkout is always smooth and effortless. We look forward to seeing Mrs. Joyce each time we visit. She is a great asset to this hotel!

Positive: Room 422 . The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Plentiful parking, location, Courteous front desk, (They provided a list of restaurants in the area.) Housekeeping service provided during weekend stay. Negative: Low water pressure and breakfast options.

Room was very clean and staff were very welcoming. In particular, the woman working the desk at night, Joyce, was a bright spot in our entire trip. She was pleasant, welcoming, helpful in so many ways. We followed her suggestions for food and activities in the area and were not disappointed. What a Gem you have in her. Only issue in room was that the fan in the bathroom did not work,, that would have been helpful. We have family in the area and we will choose your hotel for our next visit.

Everything was easy; check in, check out. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and we're always pleased. The first person we saw when we checked in was Mrs. Joyce. As always, she was very pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcomed!
