It’s a very outdated hotel. The rug looked dirty and the room had a certain old scent to it. The first elevator we took was very scary and felt like we were going to get stuck. The breakfast was not that good. The eggs were dry and looked a bit weird. Not everything was filled the boiled eggs were empty and the bread finished while we waited for the first batch of people to get food. Only good thing was the sausage and waffles. The air worked great. The lights were great too. The check in was easy and the lady that attended me was great.

Recently, I stayed at the hotel for nearly two weeks after having hernia surgery; I needed a place with handicap accessibility. The hotel offered everything I needed and was perfect for my needs. My room was very clean and towels changed daily. I had a sitting area, which was nice being that I didn't always need to stay in bed. The sitting area had small tables which was perfect for snacks. I had a little refrigerator and used it often. ||The air conditioning was running great and kept me comfortable. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with bench to help me sit while getting clean. I definitely needed it while recovering. ||Breakfast was simple but everything I needed. There were eggs, sausage, and you could make waffles too. There were also cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruits to choose from.

The hotel was very nice, quiet, and clean. My only complaint is the carpet in our room did have some stains. However, everything else was very clean! The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of sausage and eggs for breakfast (with cream cheese too)! The elevator did sound like it needed some help, but we experienced no problems during our stay.

Ive stayed at several Comfort Suites hotels, and they're consistently clean, the rooms are comfy, desk agents are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. But Comfort Suites stone oak is now officially my favorite thanks to the hospitality staff! When I stayed there, I brought my favorite pillow with me, but I forgot it in the room when I checked out. I was sure I'd never see it again, since I live far away—but I REALLY loved that pillow, so I submitted a lost item request anyway. After a few days, I received a surprise phone call. It had been found, and they'd mail it back to me! I paid for shipping and received it today. Thank you to mike and hospitality for going the extra mile!
