Comfort Suites San Antonio Near Seaworld

We stayed at Comfort Suites December 24th - 27th. I chose this hotel specifically due to it having a separate living area from the bedroom. Did it meet my expectations? Absolutely. The staff was kind and super helpful...especially Manuel. I would definitely stay here again. And the continental breakfast was fabulous. The price was very affordable, especially during Christmas.

The manager, Raj, would not help my daughter move her weekend when he found out that she only booked for the indoor pool/ hot tub. Since there was a small remark on the the booking site, he had the right and certainly wouldn't budge. Even though he saw her distress, he only gave her one night credit because his buddy asked for us. Please learn some better customer service!!

I am local in San Antonio. I wanted to go swimming in an indoor pool. So I brang my kids here. I did not read that They had renovations going on for the pool. But when I got into my room, I had mold in my room. I had dirty towels in my room. I was so upset I asked for a new room and they guy did not switch me room I spoke with the manager and he just offered me 25% off next stay 😂 I will never stay here again

Hotel staff is very professional. We have booked 2 reservation 1 room for 2 days in jacuzzi and than for 1 day in regular queen suite since jacuzzi was sold out. They call us on check out day from jacuzzi suite and make the keys ready for queen room. That shows excellent service. Room was clean and with in our budget Ali the location was very convenient.

The Comfort Inn and Suites was a nice place to stay. The lobby was quiet and nicely decorated. There was a table of an art silent auction that I was tempted to enter. Check-in was easy and quick, which was nice after a long day of traveling. The small indoor pool was nicely heated, but the hot tub didn't work. That wasn't very pleasant since I was looking forward to that. Our king room was spacious, and we enjoyed the divided setting area and bedroom. The dual sinks were excellent, too, and allowed me to use one for cleaning my dishes and the other for brushing my teeth. The bedroom had a comfortable and clean bed.
