Comfort Suites Regency Park

The two men at the front desk was very nice. The check-in was super easy I did get recognized for being a choice elite member housekeeping was great. Good food choices at breakfast rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable and there are plenty towels and cloths in the bathroom

The hotel desperately needs a remodeling. TV without Netflix or any other paid stream, the elevators were dirty, my room on the fifth floor smelled of mold, as well as the sheets it was also torn in one part (small, but still). No water option in the room or to buy at the reception, I had to take it from the bathroom sink. It is the cheapest hotel in the area but for the price paid, I was at least expecting a better smell in the room and water.

This was a beautiful hotel. Very clean. Beautiful room. King size bed with a pull out couch bed. ( which was comfy) my son was happy they had tea and coffee in the room. The staff was extremely friendly. The young man( wish I would have gottten his name) was fabulous. I’m pretty sure he never has time off. He knew everyone and made me feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious. There was also infused lemon water available 24/7. I was very pleased with our stay. We would definitely stay again if we are visiting Cary, NC.

No extra blanket or toilet paper. Very brown depressing room. Desk chair back broken. TV was awkward and very slow, without a guide (online guide for Spectrum was blank). Everywhere I looked furniture was scuffed, worn, chipped. I am far from young, but the toilet was sized for a kindergartner, so low and so uncomfortable. So old-fashioned. Bathroom door wood peeling. Horrible Kleenex. Just having morning coffee in the "breakfast space" I saw worn-out things - chairs, tables - and a meager breakfast spread that did not match the cost of the room (bagels? fruit that's not a banana? pastries? did I miss the yogurt? maybe it was there). This is absolutely one of the best hotels around not only the price is very affordable but the customer service is amazing. I had a surgery today in Raleigh and I was able to check in at 1 o’clock and I am very thankful for that the room is nice and clean. The area is very safe and quiet housekeeping is always great but the customer service is top notch at the front desk and that’s what you look for when you coming into any hotel, I recommend this hotel to anyone five stars all the way across the board
