Comfort Suites Outlet Center

When we walked into our first room the air conditioner unit had fallen on the floor. An ink pen was stabbed into a painting on the wall. The entire floor smelled of Marijuana. We were not aware it was a pet friendly hotel, and owners allowed there dogs to approach us and sniff us in the lobby without stopping them. I will say the front desk was kind and promptly gave us a new room no questions asked. We ended up leaving our stay early and were able to get a partial refund. If our first room was in that bad of shape what else was overlooked in cleaning? Homeless individuals sleeping in the grass in the parking lot.

Clean and comfortable room with a great location for Arboretum, shopping, dining and interstate access to explore the area easily. Manager Kelly was super friendly and all the staff did their jobs well and seemed happy to be there. Hotel is very pet friendly. We didn’t have a pet but we enjoyed the well behaved 4 legged guests and noted how the hotel went the extra mile to guests with pets.

As a choice member I’ve stayed in a lot of comforts. This was definitely one of our favorites.. from the front desk to the location our stay was perfect for our short getaway. We took advantage of the breakfast, except for our last morning we had chick fe lay which is right next door. || Our pet friendly room 102 was very clean with absolutely no odors. || Wife loved the many shopping opportunities in vicinity of the hotel. The seafood restaurant next door was awesome as well. Thanks choice and comfort for another great stay.

Nice motel with a clean room and comfortable bed. Multiple ice machines but no vending machines. Drinks and some snacks can be purchased at the front desk. Easy access to Tanger Outlets. Nice fitness room that I could not gain access to with my room key @9pm, even though the sign beside the door says 24hr access. Also could not enter the lobby from the back parking lot after 9pm with my room key.

We booked as a group but we were split all up instead of being together across the hotel. We had a family that booked conjoining rooms, and on arrival, they had two separate rooms not close to each other and then had to wait for the rooms to be cleaned before going upstairs after traveling for 3 1/2 hours. We were also told around 9 that we needed to be quiet in the lobby sitting area and the sign in the elevator, stated 10pm was "quiet" time. There is also only 1 elevator that is extremely slow.
