Positive: The location is wonderful, it is very clean. The fact Houston has a roach problem, I didn’t see not 1. Restaurants in walking distance so I saved on gas and took a stroll instead. The breakfast is different everyday with many options. I will comeback. Negative: ""

Aside from the side entry door not working for your customers entry and exits, the extreme lack of shower water pressure, the front desk day clerk decided to park her personal vehicle ( a black mustang ) in the very front parking space that is specifically for platinum and gold member "guests" several days in a row for her entire work shifts. Frankly speaking, I have stayed at many Comfort Inn and suites hotels through the years and this was a very run down and unmaintained facility with several other issues including cleanliness of common areas and a lack of regular maintenance such as a smoke alarm on our floor that was constantly "beeping" for days due to a low back up battery apparently. We will never stay at this facility again and we visit often because my wife's family lives in the

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at... The entire place even smelled clean. Suite was large, clean, and well organized. Large refrigerator, nice stove top, pans, plates and nice little dining table. Microwave was clean. Bathroom spotless. Staff friendly and quite helpful. Breakfast area clean well organized and well stocked during breakfast time. Great location and was great and easy to access! Plenty of eateries within walking distance. Plenty of reserved parking for frequent flyers... I have stayed with 20 + different Comfort Suites and even a few other hotels including Hilton, Best Western and a few others brands in the last 3 years and "THIS" was the best individual hotel of them all! Great stay and the rates were excellent!

This hotel was mediocre at best which is typical for the Choice Brand. I only booked and stayed here due to the price point but you definitely get what you pay for. First time I stayed, I went through the entire check-in process, including making payment with my card, just for the front desk rep to state that the payment didn't show as processed. Conveniently, their system went down at the same exact moment the transaction was occurring. Hold of the room charge was reflecting on my card which I showed to the rep but she insisted she still needed payment. I advised that I would only swipe my card again if and when the hold was released from my card. First, made a business trip with a lot of expensive gear that I didn't want stolen. Had to leave it in my vehicle. Survived! This rating would be a 4, but...Located near a heavy "Houston" aka super speeding, underpass "hey look at me" area (loud exhaust, air horns, train horns, revving bikes endlessly, etc.). Towels definitely needed better cleaning (hair and stain small stains). Bed was comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was terrible. 8:30 am and it was basically gone on a Sunday. Nothing hot or not prepacked was replaced. Honestly, probably in contention for one of the worst Continental breakfast experiences I've had (former platinum member). Not being entirely negative, shout out to the cleaning staff. Super friendly. Felt clean everywhere but the towels. P.S. don't put so muc
