Comfort Suites Nashville Airport - BNA

I had an excellent stay at this hotel from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I especially want to recognize LARRY who truly went above and beyond. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference in my stay. He was always friendly, helpful, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Customer service like that is rare and deserves recognition. 15/10 definitely recommend

Had called about early checkin. Was told we could at no charge with membership status which we have. Arrived & could not so so without extra charge.||Website says 24 hr airport shuttle. So advised front desk when we tried to checkin early that we needed airport shuttle by 3:20 am. They had a sign saying shuttle starting at 4:30. When I asked why website said 24 hr if they didn’t offer there was no reason given. Would not have booked there had we known we’d have to get an Uber. Reason for choosing this hotel was because of 24 hr shuttle service. ||When we got to check in - after we had gone to the Opry, he room was very nice. Front desk agent was very hard to hear and understand.

I was there just for one night for a morning flight. I want to call out the friendliness of the staff--particularly the front desk and the van driver. I wanted to eat breakfast so I skipped the 8:20 van to Lyft it. I also didn't want to wait until 9:20. Before getting a Lyft I confirmed that the next van wouldn't be until 9:20 and he said yes but he'd call them for me. 10 min later the van stopped by and the van driver was also super-nice. The hotel met all my expectations--room was clean, bedding very comfortable, standard breakfast with mutiple choices--but what really impressed me was the friendliness of the staff helping me to get to the airport and saving me a Lyft.

Positive: The best thing about this hotel is the location to the airport. Negative: There was no soap, shampoo. There was a huge crack in the bathroom ceiling & I could hear the people walking upstairs as if they were way too close.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Nashville Airport and had a mixed experience. I arrived at 2:15 p.m. and was disappointed to find that the front desk staff member did not acknowledge me right away. I waited while she finished texting before assisting me. When she did speak with me, I was told there would be a $25 early check-in fee, even though it was less than an hour before standard check-in. When I asked to speak with the manager, Larry, he was extremely professional, kind, and helpful — truly a bright spot in the service experience. I explained that I prefer a room without a connecting door due to noise concerns. Unfortunately, I was sent to two different rooms that both had connecting doors before finally being assigned an appropriate room on the third attempt. The room itself
