Comfort Suites Milwaukee West

The first time I stayed I felt welcomed not so much since… If a room fits four ppl that’s how many ppl I want to visit to be in my room at not extra fee…. Capacity of most king suite room is 4 ppl I’d like to welcome my family and visitors long as it don’t exceed the capacity I am a business person plans change all the time long as I’m not to capacity I would me and my ppl to comfortable use all aminties without being watch warned or questioned if no rule has been broken….

Positive: The breakfast was ok. Negative: The carpet in the room was grimy. The bathroom was not well maintained. The toilet wobbled. There were not full mattress covers on the beds and the sheets didn’t fit and were falling off. It’s also very apparent some guests are selling drugs there.

Our stay was fine, can't complain much. I did find a couple of curly hairs under the mattress cover (people still check under there, right?), and the whole building kinda smelled like weed, but it wasnt detectable in our room, so whatever. Worth the money, good location, I got what I paid for.

Checked into my room and gave it a once-over and found a dirty syringe tucked just under the mattress. Immediately checked out and told the front staff. The man at the front desk was very nice and said he’d handle it but wouldn’t give me a refund and Expedia wouldn’t give me a refund because they couldn’t get ahold of the hotel so now I’m out $112. Not a safe hotel for a single woman traveling alone. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything looked exactly like the photos. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free stay.
