Comfort Suites Idaho Falls

We stayed here New Years eve 2025-26. Whatever reviews you're seeing below, please be aware that this hotel building has changed hand several times. There is still some old Quality inn signage and that hasn't totally been changed over yet. I can say from our experience the property is completely renovated. We had a standard room (as far as I can tell) on the 8th floor, and it was modern, newly updated, and spotless. Room was quite spacious, with couch and ottoman. Staff was pleasant. The lobby is modern and feels open and light. There is a breakfast the kind that you would expect from hotel chains of this ilk - hot food, waffle maker, yoghurt, etc.||There is honestly nothing to fault in our stay - clean, comfortable, updated, and right at the falls. Parking is easy and plentiful. ||If

A good hotel outside of Idaho falls. It is a cool building with a circular shape. I appreciate the architecture. Every room had a balcony, which would be good in the summer. However, I didn’t use it for my winter stay. It has good breakfast and pretty good rooms. My room had 2 beds and a hide a bed. The beds were comfy, but the hideabed was not very comfortable. The bathroom was good, but the paint could be a bit updates. There were scratches in the paint, parts of the wall near the bar handles were sloppy, and there was paint that had dripped onto the carpet in the main room. Other than that, a good hotel. However, the wind sounded really loud in our room (on the 3rd floor). Also it’s kind of weird that on each floor the numbers are only like 70-80. Good hotel otherwise.

Don’t let the huge Quality Inn sign on the top of the building fool you. It is the Comfort Suites. We drove pass it twice. The location is ideal! Perfect for a downtown stay right on the falls. The rooms are a nice size and seem to have been updated but we had BUGS in the curtains. The balcony was so dirty we didn’t even want to sit out there. It had bird poop on the floor. There were spiderwebs everywhere and there were bird feathers or other animal hair on the balcony chairs. It was gross. Totally spoiled an amazing view of the falls and our plans to sit out there while the sun set. The free breakfast was okay and the staff was friendly enough

We love this place! Come here often. Staff are always friendly and accommodating for early check ins or room requests. Rooms are modern and clean. Great views of the falls. We always tell people to stay here. Thanks Comfort Suites Idaho Falls.

My husband and I checked in today for the night and we were very impressed with Amanda who was running the front desk. She has a personality that makes you feel welcomed, we have stayed here multiple times and it is always such a nice place to stay. I highly recommend getting a room with the falls view, you won't be disappointed.
