Comfort Suites Eugene University

This is our spot to stay when we’re driving from Seattle to Reno. The rooms are comfortable and we love the two queen with pullout couch. Breakfast is good enough. The thing that really shines is the staff- every time we’ve been they’ve all been amazing, going above and beyond to make sure we have what we need/have a great stay.

The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. We arrived before check in time and the front desk agent gave us some recommendations for coffee shops in the area and it was a great spot! The room was clean and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in for a hotel (which has been quite a few). The complimentary breakfast was delicious with good options. Definitely will stay here again and recommend this to family and friends visiting Eugene!

The hotel staff and service were very friendly and helpful! 😄 The room was nice, but the bathtub was a bit clogged and the AC was very loud. I liked the breakfast area and enjoyed the yogurt and waffles they provided. Overall, a very decent hotel for travelers! 👏 [Another thing: During my stay, the internet was fully out. It was really boring and frustrating, I can’t do my work because of it. 😔]

The internet and TV were not working. We had construction going on at our house, and came from Creswell. My kids had homework, I had work to do. We had multiple burnt out lightbulbs. The clocks in our room were slow, so when we got to breakfast (9:31) it was locked. Our room said 9:20. Front desk was rude, said it closed a minute ago. Hot tub was warm at best. Check in was great, and that person was wonderful!

Positive: Hotel employee when we first arrived at the hotel gave us a great recommendation and was very nice for a restaurant and the lady in the morning in the kitchen. Breakfast area was above and beyond the whole hotel was a great experience. We will go back for sure. Negative: No
