Comfort Suites Colorado Springs East - Medical Center Area

Our daughter had surgery at the U of C Children's Hospital, and I found this amazing hotel a short drive away. Bottom line: fantastic stay. Super clean, stocked breakfast area with biscuits and gravy (my favorite), and super attentive, friendly, and clean kitchen guy. Did I mention incredibly clean, to the point of the O.C.D.-clean of German hotels? Clean, clean, clean everywhere. If you put a gun to my head and demanded a criticism, I'd say somewhat low water pressure in the showers. But that is really nit-picking, because this hotel is obviously run by someone who cares about what they do. Refreshing when so many other places are kinda sh** holes, and often disappoint. This one was a breath of fresh air for us, and it made our hospital experience stress free as could be. Tip: DO N

Positive: Very clean. Pool was nice. Loved the hot tub. The breakfast was good and many choices. The gentleman working was super friendly and kept things very clean and stocked. The rooms were very clean and large. Negative: There was no decaf coffee sign on the pot of coffee. I thought I was getting caffeine but was not. Had caffeine withdrawal headache in afternoon 🙁

A great location and conveniently located to shops, restaurants and where I needed to go. Staff are friendly, helpful and the room was very clean and well equipped. I felt safe and the vehicle parking is secure. I highly recommend this hotel and I plan on making it my place to stay in future trips to this area. The elevator is located away from the rooms so you don't hear a lot of foot traffic. Although the pool was near my room it was quiet and you don't hear doors opening and closing throughout the stay. It's a very comfortable place to stay and worth the price.

The worst service I have ever received. Lied to by front desk that my room would be cleaned and 2 days in a row nothing was done. I had to bring my own towels and my own trash downstairs and pick up my towels and clean bags. Only one person at the front desk, being swarmed with questions. Lack of staffing and improper management is evident. If you value time, money and relaxation this is not the place to stay. Edit: owner responded, nothing about housekeeping times were mentioned at check in. We requested it well before 9am on both days and were told we were next on the list. If you don’t offer housekeeping services after 9am what kind of hospitality business are you running

The room was very clean and spacious! The staff were very friendly... The outside areas were well taken care of. Pool area was very nice also clean... My only complain, would be, the lobby area floors need replaced ASAP! The furniture was very nice looking. But needs to be sent out to be cleaned professionally, or replaced! They are lovely lounge areas. But turned off by the stains. Looks like they tried to stop clean, only makes it look worse...
