Checking into this place was a smooth process. The front desk clerk (Anthony) was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Walking into the room I could tell it was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable with plush pillows and breathable linen. Everything in the room was in workable order. The location of this hotel in reference to Bricktown is undeniably convenient. Compared to other hotels in the area this hotel is priced for value for a high quality room. The individuals that work here take their jobs seriously. Cee Cee (breakfast cook) kept the breakfast buffet well maintained. She was very personable and fun to speak with. The buffet had a variety of food to choose from. Anything from waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels w/cream cheese, biscuits and gravy. Of cour

The rooms were very clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Did not use the pool, but was a nice addition. The free breakfast was really good. The guy at check in was very nice and helpful. Was fairly helpful with directions and what to do in town since I was visiting. The location it very good just off the interstate and next to a gas station and a waffle house. The only complaint I have is the A/C in our room didn't work besides the fan.

This hotel is not in Bricktown and is not in a nice part of town. There are homeless people all around the area. There was only one towel in our room and when I asked for another at the front desk, I was told they were doing laundry and to check back later. When I checked back later, still no towels. How are two people supposed to shower with one towel? The pool had no towels either and the guest laundry was out of order. The peephole had paper stuffed into it for some reason. Around 930 pm, our heater stopped working in our room so we called the front desk. They said their system was down and couldn't move us to a new room yet but they would call us back. 90 minutes later, we called the front desk again and they said their system was back up now so they moved us to a new room. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. When we checked in, the lobby AC was broken, and the desk attendant insisted on creating 3 room keys because the key machine was “broken,” leaving one at the desk. This raised serious security concerns. Our room’s TV remote didn’t work, and the “solution” was two dead batteries. The next morning, breakfast wasn’t available until 7:00 a.m., but even coffee was stale and undrinkable. Two employees sat in another room, eating, and ignored us completely. After leaving, I realized I may have left my shaving kit with personal items, including a dental night guard. I called multiple times, left messages, and never received a call back. To this day, no one has answered me. On top of everything, the $50 deposit I was told would be refunded i

We’ve stayed at hundreds of Choice Hotels, and most of them are Comfort Inn. We arrived today at 1pm to check in. They demanded $200 deposit on top of the room fee which has never been a thing and for what? There is no room service or anything is charge to the room. We paid it. The front desk lady had us checked in to room 113 and was making our key cards when the manager walked up and said we can’t check in early unless we pay a fee of $40 because check in is 3pm. It’s one thing if there are no rooms available but we have NEVER been charged a fee at Choice Hotels to check in early. This man said he is the property manager. My husband is in a wheelchair and he has dementia. He gets very confused and agitated later in the day. I could not believe the way he treated us and we drove down the
