Comfort Inn & Suites Memphis Germantown

The room was great, everything was updated and really nice! The continental breakfast was excellent with several options to start your day. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The most important thing is that we left a valuable item behind in the room and it was immediately put in the office when found. Then Raj personally went far above and beyond facilitating getting it back to us. We can't express enough how much we appreciate what Raj did for us. He is an exceptional person and the Hotel is lucky to have someone like him working there

Shanika was the best!!!! She was so nice and offered to help with my laundry! She went above and beyond for us and we appreciate her!!! The recent renovations are beautiful and hotel was VERY clean!! Will definitely return

Ms.Marva is the sweetest, I greatly appreciated her from the start of "Hi" over the phone. She politely helped me cancel a booking do to my slight challenge of computers 😄. And even offered me to come earlier 🌻🥰. Ms. Marva I give thanks for that Memphis Southern Hospitality 💥 Even though the establishment is under construction, it still carries a welcoming feeling. This hotel is currently under construction. The lobby entrance is located at the back, facing the main lobby entrance. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. There is a hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, cereal, and coffee. The area is also quite safe.

We checked into this hotel late at night on a Friday. The lobby was clean enough, but the lady attending the front desk talked on her phone throughout the entire check in process. I intially mistook her for another first because she wasn't in any kind of uniform and had no name tag. I got to the second floor to go to my room the whole floor reeked of cigarette smoke. The actual room smelled of men's cologne and the sheets were haphazardly on the bed. I always inspect the sheet at hotels. The sheets and pillows were covered in tiny little hairs. The bathroom had not been cleaned and the toilet hadn't even been flushed. I went to the front desk and I had my room changed. At this point it's around 1:30 am. I get to my new room and it looked cleaner, until I got to the bathroom. There was a
