Comfort Inn & Suites Mansfield

Awesome place to stay. Staff were super nice. Perla at the front desk handled every thing I needed in very friendly fast manner. Cleaning crew was super good at what they were assigned to do. Properly and pool were clean.

Mr. Henry the owner of the hotel has an exceptional staff, and I love how he makes sure everything gets addressed if there's a situation. They are very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. My room was exceptionally clean and huge. It was the only king suite with living room and when I tell you it did not disappoint. Food great, clean hotel and staff just awesome, thanks for helping me so much and being there for me cause buying a home is so stressful and when I tell you everyone helped me out, they went out their way to make this process so much easier. To the front desk staff Melissa, Perla, Kathy, Adi🥰 Cecilia thanks for always having my room cleaned 😊 Mr. Henry thanks for being an amazing owner, I see you really care about your employees and guests.

This hotel is equivalent to most of the Comfort Inns. I’m always amazed that the maintenance in these hotels is so poor. This hotel had one surprise in that there were only two light switches on the walls. The entry light switch is behind the door so you are blindly entering the room looking for a light. The room was clean and this unit was very spacious. The breakfast was the usual but tasted fine.

Positive: location to the Mansfield Field House. There were options for restaurants and nail salons---which we visited between games for relaxation. Negative: I was overall happy with the hotel. We liked having a room next to the side door for loading and unloading the car. (pure luck--but it was nice)

This hotel exceeded my expectations by far. First off the cleanliness of this hotel is awesome, the staff is so friendly and professional. Melissa the office manager is so informative and she goes above and beyond for everyone. Perla, the front desk clerk, was the first person I met and she's awesome, beautiful spirit. Cecelia, my main housekeeper, she cleans so good, the other 2 ladies also but I had more of Cecelia. Everyone that works at this hotel is so sweet and enjoyable, it's like they love working there. Everything is always so warming and welcoming and clean. This is like a 5 star hotel.
