Comfort Inn & Suites Lakewood by JBLM

Stay here for the week with my boyfriend while he's working. I appreciate the door being locked for random people coming in the front you have to have your key card! Parking lot is pretty small and tight but I never had any issues finding a spot. Service was always friendly and helpful! Room is large and comfortable not outdated and was very quiet! Thank you!

This hotel was clean and our stay was very comfortable. Zoe on the Front Desk was friendly and professional and is definitely a huge asset to your team. I am the GM of a hotel in Maine and I would hire Zoe in an instant if she ever moved across the country!

I travel a lot for business and have stayed at several Comfort Inns throughout the west, this is definitely one of the best! The staff is great, the room comfortable and clean. The parking area is also well taken care of, with lots of planters with beautiful flowers! It's in a great location with a lot of shopping and dining nearby.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and the water pressure was off the charts. Zoe and Maddie at the front desk were excellent and professional. Zoe helped us out with a late checkout which was very appreciative having a newborn baby. Overall had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, very nice staff, and reliable electric vehicle (EV) charging make Comfort Inn JBLM/Lakewood our first choice for any lodging need between Tumwater and Bellevue. That's a lot of nights. We'll be back, and we'll recommend Comfort/JBLM to others (especially other EV owners).
