If you need to do any kind of work with wifi and you utilize any peer to peer fike sharing services DO NOT GO HERE. The wifi is absolutely abysmal and unreliable as hell. I turned off my p2p file sharing services from my task manager ending them completely and still had issues connecting. I was connected for maybe 39 minutes before it kicked me. Afterwards I tried to reconnect and it kept telling me to delete cookies which I did.....repeatedly.... to no avail. Only upside is the room was decent

So many better places you can go. Room was gross and unmaintained, front desk was rude and unhelpful, never got my deposit back from them either. Would rate zero if I could. Want a decent place for a night? Shell out a little more, last thing you need is a place like this stealing money from you

In 43 years I have never felt so unsafe or uncomfortable staying at hotel in terms of the room and the property. The staff was accommodating but I suppose my first indication of this locations issues were the fact the staff was behind a secured glass room.||The property was crawling with individuals I suspect were not staying as guest rather roaming the property. The traffic in the few short hours we were there involved what appeared to be drug and prostitution dealings. There was a group of three individuals using drug in the parking lot and they gave a very dirty look as though we were interrupting them. Ultimately It was the most concerning thing l've seen in a very very long time. And it takes a lot for me to feel like my property and persons is in some real risk of danger, harm, or th

Jay was absolutely phenomenal. He even noticed my checkout date was approaching and reminded me to extend if I needed to. I felt supported. The room was clean and smelled great. I know EXACTLY where Im staying next time I visit Tacoma.

Positive: Excellent customer service- both friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower. Clean linens. Great housekeeping. Very quiet. Negative: TV is small, but having HBO is a plus. Breakfast was simple but adequate. WiFi went out on last day.
