Comfort Inn & Suites Houston North - Spring

I want to take a moment to acknowledge Ms. D, the hotel manager, for truly going above and beyond during my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. I had some unexpected issues with duplicate charges, and she handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She made sure every concern I had was addressed and resolved, and I sincerely appreciate the time she took to make things right. Outside of the billing situation, the hotel itself was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and relaxing, and the entire property felt well-kept and inviting. The heated jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind, and the pool area was clean, peaceful, and enjoyable. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and a great start to the morning. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from check-in through checkout. The guest service agents showed little to no enthusiasm and appeared uninterested in providing quality customer service. During my stay, I requested fresh towels and was told there were none available. I was advised that the towels I already had would need to be washed and returned to me later. Unfortunately, those replacement towels were never brought back. To make matters worse, I later discovered that I was charged for towels that I never received. The situation escalated further when attempting to address these concerns with the general manager, Mrs. D. She displayed a complete lack of leadership and professionalism. Positive: Nothing, at least the elevator worked, top lotch on door worked for security. Negative: Terrible customer service, night staff tried to enter my room 3 times while I was sleeping... Pool is out of order, breakfast is not ready on time... pillows are funky.. stains in the bathtub, NO real TV service..

I really enjoyed my stay the hotel. Great has access to highway. The building smells like flowers. Everything was close by. The General Manger Dee always go above and beyond for her guest her Staff is very helpful as well and the maintenance man Daune is definitely keeps you laughing. The suite is as very beautiful I love the sitting area !!! I will be staying again

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a "boogie" stay. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable—I actually slept through the night without hearing any freeway noise. The location is perfect for visiting Old Town Spring, and having a clean, modern bathroom with great water pressure was a huge plus.
