Comfort Inn & Suites Hampton near Coliseum

The hotel was very clean & very modern. I loved the different lighting options in the room and the bed was super comfortable. Not one stain or hair on the bedsheets or in the bathroom. The carpet was also very clean. The only things I didn’t like was the body soap was old and were the bars instead of the body wash in the bottle like the shampoo and conditioner. Also, my lotion bottle that was in the wall was empty and the shower curtain was extremely thin with no liner and caused water to spill all on the floor as I showered.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites near Coliseum in Hampton, VA did not start off well, but Nirav Patel, the General Manager, went above and beyond to turn the experience around. His professionalism, quick response, and genuine concern for our satisfaction made all the difference.||Thanks to his exceptional customer service, the situation was resolved and we left feeling taken care of. We truly appreciate his efforts and will return because of the way he handled everything.

This is our favorite place to stay in the region. We travel through the area a couple of times each year, and we go OUT OF OUR WAY to stay at this spot. It is an impeccable facility. The STAFF members are SO VERY GRACIOUS and kind. They are personable, and they remember us. It is truly a rare find in our world today. We are SO VERY THANKFUL to Ms A and her kindness to us at check-in. She is the BEST OF THE BEST!

Wonderful experience..The staff was very accommodating ( they would go that extar mile). They were kind and professional. Although, I encounter an evening front desk person that was very rude and disconnected. She would sit behind the desk watching something onscreen or her phone or chatting with someone. She even accused me of stealing a bag of chips from the store and argued with me even threatened to call the police. It was insulting. We stayed there 3 weeks and that woman never spoke to me throughout remaining potion of stay. By the way, I did not steal the chips I exchanged the ones I purchased for another brand prior to the incident. she accused me of taken 2 when I only had one. Outside of that the rooms are clean and well kept. The daily breakfast with waffles were great. I

We had a really good experience at this Hotel. Jayne the front desk guy was AWESOME and the woman that checked us in was super friendly. Izeb was her name I think. Rooms were clean. Staff was great. Location was good as we headed to a 3 day PHISH concert! I would stay here again
