Comfort Inn & Suites Dothan Northside Plaza

We rested well at this hotel. The room was clean and all amenities worked in the room. The mattress was comfortable. The ice machine wasn’t working on our floor so we needed to go to the main level to get ice. Breakfast was good. A good selection of typical breakfast foods. The hot choices were warm, not hot, but could be warmed in the microwave. We would stay again.

My Family Stayed 2 times at Comfort Inn & Sites in Dothan Al. in Nov 2025. The rooms were very clean the sheets, shower curtain, bathroom. The breakfast was Excellent. This was the cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in. The stuff was very Kind and friendly. The Managers & Stuff made our 4 day stay there Such A Blessing. We enjoyed everything at the hotel/motel. It was super clean and had upscale decor in the rooms. I understand it was updated last year, and you could tell. I had a special request, and Jessi the manager was very nice and accommodating right away. The Sunday breakfast was also outstanding. We got a great price for our two rooms. It was peaceful, quiet, and very clean so I'd highly recommend for anyone to stay here. It was also located within walking distance from the Cracker Barrel, Longhorn steakhouse, and Captain D's.

This was our second time hosting my son’s sleepover at Comfort Inn, and once again it was a great experience. The room was very clean, the staff was always friendly and welcoming, and my son absolutely loves this hotel—especially the indoor pool! Everything was comfortable and stress-free, which made the sleepover so enjoyable. Honestly, I’m already thinking about coming back for a stay by myself. I will definitely be returning!

Stayed here for 1 night while shopping in Dothan. Great customer service at the front desk every time we came in contact with someone. The rooms were clean and I loved that they had the a/c turned down cool so the room was not stuffy when arriving. Beds were very comfy and the pillows were so comfortable I wanted to take them home with me. Lobby was kept clean and saw the front desk mopping thru out the night. Great Job everyone for a great experience.
