Comfort Inn & Suites Airport Convention Center

The reason for a 2 star is… as soon as you walk into the lobby you are hit with the OVER power smell of marijuana 😳… It was absolutely ridiculous… Now I don’t mind if you need to partake in the devils lettuces but dang do it outside… We could smell it ALL the way up to our room. By the time I got to the room I had a headache… I am very allergic 🥺 to that smell. When we got up the next day it had floated into our room which needles to say triggered another headache for me. A great way to start my flight👍. So if you are wanting to use this as a stopping spot & you don’t mind that smell this is the spot for you but if you’re wanting a good Comfort Inn that has quality airflow then you probably should look at a different one. As for the room it was okay, I’ve stayed at way better ones at lea

Great location! I felt safe staying here as a solo female traveler. Manager, Bain was pleasant & helpful. There are USB ports on both side tables. The tv is bigger than other Choice hotels & it swivels! Hot water had great pressure in shower. Would stay here again!

I work for a company and have to go out to the Reno area specifically many times. I have the option to book over seventy different hotels every week, and it's completely up to me where I stay. The company pays for it. For the last 3 years, I've always gone to this comfort Inn. The staff always say good morning.They greet me by name and have just made it the best place for me to stay. The service alone is so great, it's memorable.

Positive: clean, easy check-in/out, great location, good breakfast options, paid for my taxi since the airport shuttle was down. Negative: The airport shuttle was down

Stayed here for one night for a flight out of Reno. Check in was seamless, no problems at all. The front desk host was super helpful. They offered an extended park so that was nice to have as we will be gone for a week. The rooms were big and spacious, nothing extraordinary but sufficient enough for our needs. The next morning, we went to the front desk at 4:30am, the shuttle driver was ready to go. Didn’t make us wait even one minute. Drive from the hotel was about 5 minutes and he dropped us right at the door. When we got into the airport my boyfriend said, we need to do a review! So here I am. Definitely going to be staying here again when I come to town.
