Comfort Inn Southwest Fwy at Westpark

Darick is the BEST, helped out back to back and didn't disappoint. He helped get us in a different room once we let him know there was a minor inconvenience and we couldn't stay in it. He handled the situation like a professional and had our next keys ready to go as soon as we got back to the Lobby. No complaints after having 2 rough days while on the road and dealing with other hotels that were making it hard for us to get a good night sleep. We came back specifically for the service that he provided and I'll continue to come back and recommend to anyone needing a good place to crash and a good breakfast to get the next day going. Thank you for the hospitality! 10/10 for the price point

The staff and facilities are very amazing. I have to send a special thank you for the kindness of the front office staff Greenie, Nicole, and Elvira. These girls are exceptional and give the guests the attention and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is relaxing and you have everything you need!! I would definitely recommend comfort inn to anyone in the area

The pool was locked up. The place was dingier than I expected. It smelled like cigarettes. I am assuming they used to allow smoking. We didn't get breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I am glad there was a fitness center, but it was SO HOT, it was like a sauna. Plus the equipment provided was sparse. The room was outdated and the carpet was ripped up. I don't know.... for a king suite, I was expected more / better quality....

I stayed at this hotel last night and had a very bad experience. The room was extremely dirty, and the mattresses were damaged and uncomfortable — it was impossible to sleep on them. On top of that, many people were smoking marijuana inside the building. The strong smell was everywhere, especially in the hallways, which were also very dirty. Because of the noise and smell, I couldn’t sleep at all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have a great experience visiting the comfort inn on westpark. The staff and house keepers are very nice and respectful also helpful. The breakfast is great. The rooms are very clean and spacious. A Very affordable hotel and experience. I highly recommend.
