Comfort Inn Santa Monica - West Los Angeles

Great location, friendly staff, and clean spacious rooms This hotel has a cute and unique room entry that adds character. The location is convenient—about a 5-minute drive to the beach, or walkable if you don’t mind a longer stroll. There are plenty of shops nearby, though not many food options (we used DoorDash). The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a fridge and TV included. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Parking in the hotel garage is first-come, first-served with only about 10 spaces available, which can be challenging. It’s also on the expensive side. The price was reasonable for the location, and I’d definitely stay here again! My only minor preference would be a slightly softer mattress, but comfort is personal and others might love the firmness.

When we showed up I realized I made our reservation for the wrong day...I wish I had gotten everyone''s names but I will say...BRAVO. The gentleman at the desk found us a room. The room was immaculate, quite and comfortable. Parking was easy and abundant. The breakfast was ready on time and was fresh. The attendant was super nice and helpful in assisting various guests. The breakfast room was also immaculate, as well. I have yet to be disappointed in Comfort Inns. I can't say that about "other" hotels We have tried and paid more for. We were there for a medical visit to UCLA and your staff made our stay easy, comfortable and stress free. Thank You

Positive: Nothing. Room had hair in sink in bed. Musty smell. Wierdos in front of hotel. Lobby staff were nice and friendly. Negative: This looks like a rundown motel6. I didn’t stay. I felt unsafe. 3 wierdos were walking and hanging out in front of the hotel. Mismanagement by corrupt politicians has ruined most of LA county. Sign posted warning that staff carry personal safety device.

This is a great hotel! Clean, comfortable and quiet room that includes a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Also, they have new large flat screen TVs. Breakfast (included) was good! The staff was very helpful. This is also a handy location. We have stayed there twice, and we will be back.

The staffs are very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant from start to finish. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, a great place to stay and I would happily come back. Great location as well!
