Comfort Inn Santa Fe South

I have been to this location for decades and currently it is due for some revisions due to things increasingly not functioning. The phones never seem to be working in the rooms over the past several months and or other small issues. However the staff is especially responsive and helpful, including the manager and one of the best teams I have seen here over the years. I was happy to find the temp control machine in the fit room finally working as it should. Yeah !! I hope the indoor pool and hot tub are back available in 2026.

This is an average hotel at best. The rooms are ok but the mattress are worn down. It difficult to get proper rest on these mattress. The breakfast area is very small for a hotel of this size, there are always queues for every item they serve and then there is no place to sit. Staff is kind and helpful and location is also good.

I have been to this Comfort Inn for three decades. Currently the property is not as was when renovated last but it is clean. And recently reduced pricing which is good since the pool and hot tub have been closed for the last 2-3 months. The staff is at an all time high on being the best customer service and newer addition front desk employee, Alex Lopez is truly a responsive, helpful and uplifting representative.

A little tough to find from interstate 25. But the staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and nice. And coffee and cookies is always a nice touch! We’d highly recommend.
