Comfort Inn Prospect Park-Brooklyn

The customer service at this hotel was amazing! From the front desk to the manager Eddie making sure everything is great for our stay. The general manager also was very friendly and ensured we were enjoying our stay at this hotel. The location is great for travelling into Manhattan by subway, a short 4 minute walk and then the R line that goes directly to Times Square in 30 minutes. I would recommend this hotel and location to anyone traveling the see the sights in NYC.

This is a great place to stay, it is 3 blocks away from subway so you can go anywhere from here. We stayed here for 5 days, the room and bathroom were clean and nice, sheets and towels clean. Kemol the general manager was great and he personally cooked omelets for breakfast for all guests on dic 31st. Also this is one of the more complete free breakfast that i have seen in a hotel from Choice franchise. At front desk, Eddie and Flor were a charm and very friendly. Cleaning personal were very friendly too. For sure we will stay here again on our next visit to NY.

Location is fantastic—on 20th St in South Slope, easy walk to Prospect Park, Barclays Center, Industry City eats/shops, and R train subway (~10-15 min to Manhattan). Perfect Brooklyn base—quiet neighborhood but super connected. Rooms were clean, modern, comfy beds, good AC/fridge, and quiet. Solid size for the area, felt fresh after updates. Service was strong—friendly staff, quick check-in, helpful with tips and requests. Free hot breakfast was a highlight—good variety (eggs, waffles, fresh coffee) and well-stocked. Great value and comfort in Brooklyn—would stay again in a heartbeat! 5 stars.

A pleasant surprise in the area as I was in search for a hotel without carpeting and was free or allergens or anything that triggers my asthma. It took a few rooms to find the right one that was clean but without the harsh chemical smell of most cleaning products, but thanks to helpful staff like Flor and Mauricio, I did! The rooms are cute, mine faced North and while this usually means a bit on the colder side, the views were nice, as was the room decor and desk (perfect for working). My wish is that the bed was more firm and not soft which isn't great for back support but otherwise, a wonderful stay!

The room was comfortable, clean, and with a good layout. We appreciated the great view from the sixth floor. The room and hotel overall were clean and attractive. The staff went above and beyond in terms of their service. The breakfast as great, with the general manager one day making made to order omelets. Near to subways and good food.
