Comfort Inn Pensacola near NAS Corry Station

I stayed at this Comfort Inn back in mid-November while on a little vacation. I had originally booked for the week earlier, but the Blue Angels Homecoming was rescheduled for Nov 14-15. While trying to re-book my stay last September, the Choice Hotels people were not at all helpful and would not do anything for me. However when I called the hotel directly and talked to the lady who was at the front desk that day, her and the manager (I don't remember the names) were very helpful and were able to re-book me for one week later than originally planned. I was very happy with the service that day. Those two individuals were able to bypass the Choice Hotels BS and arranged everything for me and were happy to do so. I’ve been staying here for a while now and I’ve had a great experience. The property is clearly in the middle of upgrades and renovations, and honestly—it’s looking really good. You can tell management is putting money and effort back into the place instead of letting it slide. The front desk staff is always helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. Housekeeping does a great job and maintenance is quick to respond whenever something comes up. Everyone actually cares, which is rare these days. Also, there is a well stocked market in the lobby with plenty of things to choose from food wise and in caae you forgot any hygiene items. Overall, it’s been comfortable, clean, and well-managed, and it just keeps getting better with the improvements. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

In the matter of not even 12 hours i was in 3 different rooms. 1st room didnt have a TV, wasn't cleaned and the beds weren't made. 2nd room wasn't the one i booked online. 3rd room also wasn't the one i booked. i booked a double queen with a kitchenette as i had my 2 kids staying with me as well. after 2 weeks i had to get moved to a different room due to the ceiling in my bathroom leaking and waking me up at 3am. the people above me were constantly stomping around between 1am & 4am. i stayed at comfort inn on military orders and had to be up early throughout the week but had little to no sleep due to the people above me. had my shoes stolen and manager did not help at all, he was VERY rude. Chelsea on the other hand was SUPER sweet and was the absolute best whenever i needed something. Ha

Everything was just easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when traveling. The best part was the manager, Nick. He was super friendly and helpful from the start and really went out of his way to make sure everything was good during my stay. I had a small issue, and Nick handled it personally and took care of it right away. You can tell he truly cares about guests and runs the place well. Overall, great rooms, great service, and great management. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pensacola

I recently stayed at this Comfort Inn and was really pleased with the experience. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived.||The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the breakfast—there were plenty of options, including hot eggs and waffles, which is always a plus. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable, no-frills stay that covers all the essentials. I would definitely stay here again!
