Comfort Inn Oklahoma City South - I-240

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Comfort Inn in Oklahoma City was a great stay overall. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially cozy, and everything felt well-maintained and organized. What really stood out was the staff. They were very welcoming, answered the phone immediately when I called, and were fast and helpful with everything. The lady at the front desk was especially kind and smiley, which made check-in feel easy and pleasant. Breakfast was included with a good variety, parking was easy, and the location was convenient. For the price, this place offers solid value. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent check-in process, no issues. The young lady was very cordial and friendly. No major issues with room or beds. Just a minor one, but no big deal. Bathroom door wouldn't shut unless you raised it up to close. Also, location wasn't as full as our last visit. During that visit, our vehicle was backed into. Lucky, not severe.

I used tap to pay to pay for my deposit on the room. Was told it would be returned to me upon check out. At check out the lady at the desk said with it being a Tuesday, it should likely be back in my account in 1-2 business days. Friday I call in, they say 3-5. Monday I call in and after finally getting a manager on the phone, she says it’s been returned, to a card I don’t own. It’s now Tuesday, I have verification from my bank what card was used, as I don’t own a card they’re claiming paid the deposit. And, the manager is only here between 12-2 everyday. I now have to take off work from 12-2 to sit in front of the hotel and hopefully catch her to get my deposit back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Our family tried to stay at this hotel last night 12/19/25 for an overnight stay. Main concern I have is that one of the queen bed's had bed bugs when sheets were pulled off as the hotel staff inspected it Rm 120 to be exact. Please take the precautions to search the beds when staying at any hotel I am very glad that I caught the one on top of the bed before we broke sheets. Do not recommend staying here. Over all I thank the staff who refunded my stay but will not be staying in this hotel anymore.

My room and bed were clean and comfortable. I was on a business trip and I returned to a freshened up room and clean towels when I arrived each evening. The staff was very courteous.
