Comfort Inn Nashville - Opryland Area

We stayed mid week for two nights. Hotel was very quiet and parking lot half empty. I'm sure the weekends are much different. ||Loved the location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber rides to the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills.||We had a first floor king room. Again it was quiet. We had a desk and a loung chair and stool. Plenty of wall outlets. Room had a refrigerator and coffee maker. ||King bed very comfortable. Would stay again.

Wonderful check in, our room was clean at check in, we stayed two nights for my daughter's dance competition, the cleaning staff cleaned our room during our stay and the room was perfect when we arrived back that evening. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! The distance between the hotel and the Opryland event center was perfect.

They did an excellent job of making me feel welcome. The staff was professional and courteous, the rooms were clean and well maintained - and were also cleaned daily. Everything that I needed - ice machine, ect. worked. I was very pleased with my stay. My very favorite thing is that when I travel with a debit card, they charge me for the stay one time and that's it. No adding it back to my card then subtracting it a night at a time, then adding it back then subtracting the whole thing again. That is some ridiculous gymnastics in the a private checking account - yet other hotels persist in this hostile practice. Choice hotels has straightforward prices and straightforward practices in the way they charge for rooms. It is defnitely appreciated.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Quick check in upon arrival. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Wonderful room after pressure in the shower. Breakfast was delicious and items were well stocked. Overall a very nice place to stay for the room rate. Will stay again!

If you are sensitive to fragrance DO NOT STAY HERE. The entire hotel REEKED of air freshener, they have sprayers in the hallways that will spray on you waiting for the elevator! The windows do not open and there is no way to get it out of your room. I was sick to my stomach but circumstances made it so we couldn’t relocate. The breakfast was good but PACKED. Was not a comfortable breakfast but many good offerings. 8:30 was prime time so maybe don’t go then, closer to 9 was less crowded. Other than these issues the stay was good. But due to the overwhelming and permeating smell I will never stay again. I bring my own pillow with me because I’m usually picky about my pillows, and now that we are home my pillow still smells very strongly of the hotel as do all my clothes. Judging by the revi
