Comfort Inn Greensboro - Kernersville

The staff was friendly. The facilities were generally clean. The room was quiet with an excellent view of the parking lot. My wife found the red wall to be especially cheerful. The bathroom shower had paint over tile that was slightly peeling. That part was reminiscent of a shoddy motel.

Beyond disappointed with this hotel. I’ve been booking with them for years. Always paid for my hotel before arriving. I bought me and my families room earlier on the discount price. The snow storm literally made us have to pull over on the side of the road. I explained this to the hotel and 2 different representatives. I was told there is no exception even when the main highway gets shut down. I even asked for some type of points to rectify and I was told no 3 times. To be a loyal customer for over 5 years and be absolutely no accommodations could be made is ridiculous. Choice and this specific hotel will never get my business again.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Special request for the room location was honored. Room was clean and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Breakfast was limited with a small space for serving, but adequate with both hot and cold options.

The room is normally charged at 100 $ per night. When the high point market show is taking place the rate jumps to 220 $ per night. This is the case with every hotel at High Point or near locations like Greensboro, Winsden Salem etc. It is definitely not the worth the 220 $ per night hotel. But as all the hotels double their prices , so would be un fair to review at the 220 $ per night. For 100 $ a night, the hotel is fine. The room was clean, bedsheets etc. Some of the things had wearable marks like the chair. The room had a coffee machine, ironing and microwave (a plus point). The bathroom was clean but some towels had permanent yellow stains. The exit from the bathroom was a challenge as the door obstructed your way out. The breakfast was average as you would expect in a 100 $ per nigh

Rolled in from Texas. I usually look for a Comfort Inn when traveling. You can always count on clean rooms, decent breakfast and great prices. The lady at the front desk this morning was super helpful! I'll be looking for another Comfort Inn tomorrow on my next stop.
