My husband and I have been going to this place for a long time. But the employees upfront are very rude and house cleaning Mgr is rude. When we checked in the employees faces are always frowning and they give a golden band to be able to eat breakfast. Their breakfast is nauseating we never eat there. I felt like a criminal being given this golden ribbon band in order to eat breakfast. And they have a notice that says if you don't want your room to be clean just put a do not disturb sign on the door. So we did that then we got a white sign from the Manager scolding us for having our sign on the door saying we need to remove it if we want them to clean it. That is the most aggressive and improper way to treat your gold members. Their TV is only antenna and not live news and it is difficul

Positive: The room was clean and bed was comfortable for the 4 nights I stayed. The gym, outdoor pool, and whirlpool were enjoyable. Breakfast had plenty of options, including protein and fruit. Travelling alone, I felt safe there. Negative: There were many unsupervised kids in the pool area throughout the day.

Although this hotel isn't exactly five star, hospitality amd customer service were wonderful. The front desk were kind, professional, and courteous throughout my entire stay. I also enjoyed how tasty the breakfast were. Certainly it was not the best breakfast, but it definitely was good. The room was also clean since I arrived. I genuinely enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Keep up the great work.

The hotel was very mediocre. Room seemed clean but things were worn. Bathroom tub had stains. Ceilings had cracks. Ventilation wasn’t proper so it was stuffy a load of the times and we had to open the Window in addition to running the air vent. Breakfast offerings were mediocre. During check in, we were asked to hold so she could pick up the phone. Even after, she helped someone else who had walked up to the counter before we were finally addressed. Elevators were slow. Sometimes there was a line to get up. Room cleaning services were not automatically included unless you specifically requested it. Not my favorite hotel but it was okay for the price.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting California and had a very concerning experience involving stolen property. After my stay, my Apple Watch went missing. I contacted the hotel multiple times shortly after my stay, asking if it had been found. Each time, I was told there was nothing in the lost and found besides a Fitbit that had already been claimed. I was assured my room was checked and nothing was found. Fast forward almost four months later, my phone suddenly alerted me that my Apple Watch had been located at an apartment near the hotel. At that point, I immediately contacted the hotel again and shortly after filed a police report with the Chula Vista Police Department (I live in Wisconsin, so this was handled long-distance). Only after I complained, the hotel suddenly claimed the w
