Colonial Inn

I love the Colonial In been going there with my kids since they first stared skiing. It is old and rustic a step back in time. I am relaxed and able to feel at home. There will be people that do not like the place those folks can go elsewhere :-} The folks that see the place the way it is and can appreciate a place over 100 years old will have a good stay. I sat with Steve as he told me his story on how he came about getting this place. He made a great life here and it shows. You see how people appreciate the love that is in this place that Steve created in it.

My boyfriend and I stayed here from Friday-Sunday, 6/6 - 6-8. He surprised me with a weekend away and it was just the escape I needed! The hospitality and the kindness of Heather and her father Steve is unmatched and so appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. The food and breakfast both mornings was delicious. We will definitely be going back soon.

My Gf & I stayed there from Fri-Sun. It was the perfect escape from NYC life that we needed. We r so grateful for the hospitality of Heather & Steve. The room was comfortable. The breakfast served on Sat & Sun were very tasty & generous. I’d highly recommend this place to anybody that needs to relax & get away from everyday stress

Awesome place! Friendly owner and beautiful classic bar with tons of antiques

Let me Tell You this I had been traveling all over the place . This was my most favorite one . Steve he is such a sweet guy great personality and he knows how to cook best French toast and bacon 🥓 very friendly and helpful staff. I felt like I was in the museum or different time . All those antique pieces. My favorite one is wooden horse ,cash register ,Chinese table Old stove and whole place is amazing . Now on everytime iam at Catskills I will stop by here . Clean rooms and hot water . Friendly dogs and bird .
