Coconut Palms Beach Resort

I will say I was a little hesitant to book this resort due to some of the reviews.|#1 The resort is showing signs of remodeling.|#2 The resort was super clean as well as our studio. We encountered staff cleaning nonstop. We had no issues with our stay.|#3 If you really look you will find some older issues but they are remedying what they can. |#4 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff including the front desk was amazing.|If you are looking for a high end resort....then pay the high end price somewhere else. If you want a nice clean place to spend your time then this resort will not disappoint.|the pools were amazing and the walk to the beach super short. You could also walk to the best of flagler ave.

Nice resort right on the ocean in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The rooms are nicely furnished, a little small but manageable. They could use some additional space for luggage and the bathroom fixtures need an upgrade. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Loved Our Stay! We really enjoyed our time at Coconut Palm Resort. The beach access was unbeatable—just steps away from the ocean! Our unit was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was quiet and family-friendly, and we felt right at home. Great location, beautiful views, and a peaceful vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!

We have stayed at here several times and this is the first time to stay at this location Coconut Palms II. And this trip we were sent to Royal Palm. The staff at check in were very short and not friendly at all. We had to call the front desk on my cell phone to get WI FI password because there was no way to call from room. The parking is terrible and the pool was disgusting. We have stayed in the Coconut Palms and Travelers and were very happy. Will make sure at next trip that we request where to stay. NOT HAPPY. Will make sure our travel club is aware.

NOT AS PICTURED|Called to check if unit was on the beach and assured that it was.., on arrival we were informed we were across the road. Our view was a road and high rises. There is parking even one handicap parking but no ramp or elevator to reach our unit. I have 2 bad knees and the steps are very steep. |Staff (Sherry) came and rudely informed us that no bikes allowed in building. We complied but she would make rounds to check on us. When my husband was out riding a nasty note left on our door stating no bikes in building. When she was confronted that we had complied she blamed it on maintenance.|The next door unit had 2 couples from Conn and were very disappointed that they were not on the beach.
