Coach Post Mobile Home Park

Overpriced smelly dump. Some great people live there, but owner and management suck. Super convenient close to Capital Mall, public busses. Think a sketchy, dirty version of Trailer Park Boys. It was what I could afford to RV in for 2 years with wife and kids. Hardly any kids left there now. They raise the spot rents constantly so that now it’s way overpriced for such a poorly maintained spot. They haven’t properly upgraded the electric or water hookups for decades. Raising rent every year to $925 for just the lot (not the mobile home) due to "increased expenses" but offering the same lots for $825 for new leasers with two months free rent is a fantastic business practice.

Rent is rather high for those in RV's..restrooms/showers, laundry room not very clean/inviting. They do have new locking mailboxes at the front entrance. There is school bus pickup at this location, but not kid friendly, no playground.

The manager a theif she's on hearion her boyfriend steals people's trailers from them ,conartist. won't give ]out title when your payed off trailer tries to make it like you did something to get you out to resale your stuff..and lazy please looks bad trailers rotting away abandoned .

The residents at Coach Post are quite friendly. I don't live here but I visit friends who are very nice, and they get along nicely with their neighbors. That means a lot to me.
