Club Wyndham Sedona

I was so happy with our stay! It's in a perfect location! This was the view from our room. The hot tub was perfect and romantic. And the pull out bed was so comfortable! 5 stars would recommend to anyone!

This was a beautiful property to relax at. The views of the Red Rocks were just amazing. Had trees that were still changing colors all around. Great central location. I appreciated the Coffee Bar in the lobby for a morning "pick-me-up". Kitchen was stocked with what I needed.

There is very poor sound proofing between the rooms, we had to a maintenance man yell at another for 10 minutes. The upper buildings can't excess the pool area without driving to it in their car even though you can see the pool from your parking lot.

Like most of the timeshare rentals in Sedona, Club Wyndham is a tired and dated resort in need of new furniture and a deep clean. It seemed like the room had been refreshed recently, with new furniture, but overall was still badly in need of maintenance. The bathrooms were dirty with visible discoloration (mold or mildew?), and tubs that were dirty from age. Multiple lightbulbs were burnt out and light fixtures were poorly installed leaving gaps into the attic space. Our unit had a door to the adjoining unit, which caused you to be able to hear absolutely everything your neighbors said. Overall, the room was fine, and the staff was kind, but the resort isn’t worthy of a high score.

The rooms are clean but especially the TV's are outdated. I could not even play, my PlayStation because they didn't have a remote for us to change the input source to hdmi 1,2, or 3. The staff was professional courteous and efficient. We were there for 4 days and did not even hear our neighbors or the parking lot.
